Nem-Con completed a laser cutting project using 0.9mm stainless steel to produce a made-to-measure over-skin designed to cover a damaged lift door frame. The solution provided a clean, durable finish while avoiding the need for full frame replacement, minimising disruption on site.

The stainless steel over-skin was cut accurately to match the existing frame profile, ensuring a precise fit and a consistent appearance once installed. Care was taken to achieve clean edges and an even finish, suitable for visible areas within a commercial lift environment.

This project was delivered for a commercial client in London within a 5–7 day turnaround. By manufacturing the component in-house, Nem-Con was able to provide a practical, cost-effective solution that restored the appearance of the lift frame while meeting programme and quality requirements.

Nem-Con completed a laser cutting and fabrication project to produce made-to-measure division screens for a commercial environment in Bath. The screens were designed to provide effective separation while maintaining visibility, airflow, and a clean industrial finish suitable for modern commercial spaces.

Each panel was laser cut to precise dimensions before being fabricated to ensure accurate fit on site. The perforated design allowed for consistency across the installation while maintaining structural integrity and a professional appearance. Close attention was paid to alignment and fixing points to support straightforward installation within the existing structure.

The project was delivered within a 7–14 day turnaround, supporting the client’s programme requirements without compromising on quality. Working in partnership with Vanguard Storage, Nem-Con provided a reliable, end-to-end manufacturing solution, combining precision cutting with fabrication expertise for commercial applications.
